Transfer Files to the HTC Inspire

If you want to get the most out of your HTC Inspire, then you’re going to have to sync the phone to your PC. Being able to sync your Inspire to your computer is pretty straightforward and it allows you to share all your media files and documents. And while there are a few accessories and applications that would make this process easier, almost all smart phones now are capable of doing so right out of the box.

For almost all smart phones now, it is a USB cable that is used as the method for hooking up your phone to your PC. Most devices are compatible with both Microsoft and Mac programs, but some may be more capable with one than the other. The HTC inspire can be used with both easily, though there are some things that must be considered. When the Inspire is hooked up for the first time on your computer device, you may be prompted to download a driver. This should happen within a minute or two. Next, you might be prompted to choose to mount your device. There may be more instructions to use the device as a media platform, or external storage unit.

Choosing to use your Inspire as an external storage unit might require you to use some HTC Inspire accessories. Most phones come with an SD card that is removable. These memory accessories could be upgraded up to 32 GB. Remember, the more GB that you have available on your phone, the more files you can fit into your Inspire. A larger SD card allows for users to use take more videos and photos on your phone as well. Having a few extra USB cables won’t hurt either, especially if you plan on syncing your phone up with numerous computers at different locations.

But be cautious, leaving your phone attached to a computer for too long can be dangerous. When attached via cable, it is easy to accidentally pull on the cord and damage the phone. To avoid this, get an HTC Inspire. These cases come in plastic, silicone and many other hard or soft materials. Owners will have to decide what style of HTC Inspire case is right for the way they use their phone. Just remember that mishaps are can happen, even when the Inspire is transferring files from a PC.

One other area of concern to is on charging the phone. When synced up to your PC, the phone is going to draw a charge. Sadly, this is by far the worst and slowest methods to charge your phone. Computers just don’t supply enough energy to power your phone efficiently, unlike a wall outlet or a car socket. This is why it’s always a good idea to have another form of HTC Inspire charger so that you can use your phone on the go without worrying about it turning off. Consider, the more you use your phone, the more you’ll be finding it necessary to have multiple chargers and power adapters.

Integrating your smart phone with a PC is simple, and allows owners to get the most out of their device. The Inspire is a great phone for listening to music, as well as taking pictures and video.
